Assemblage of great elegance, with red and black fruits dominating the nose and persisting on the palate, accompanied by delicate spices, chocolate, and vanilla notes. Water restriction was applied in the final days before harvest. Hand-picked in the early hours of the morning and transported to the winery on-site.
Selection of berries and destemming, with a one-week alcoholic fermentation and prolonged maceration at 20 to 22°C.
Aged in first-use French oak barrels for 30 months. Contains sulfites.
